Book #24 "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" by Mark Haddon
The narrator of this story is a teenage boy with autism. It was so interesting to look at things from his perspective, and (I think) Haddon did a good job of conveying his thought processes. For most of the book, the reader knows more of the story than the narrator does. He has very poor social skills and misunderstands most interactions. This book gave me a better understanding of what autism is like and I have a lot more empathy for people with autism and their family members as well. At times I thought it was a bit tedious but overall was very interesting to read.
